Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Remon Ansary, who operates BeTall. By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use BeTall.
1. What BeTall is — and isn’t
BeTall is a habit-tracking app for teenagers. It estimates adult height from published growth research and helps you build sleep, nutrition and training habits.
BeTall does not make you taller. Nothing in this app lengthens bone. Good sleep, enough food and posture work help you reach the height you were already going to reach, and posture work can change how tall you stand. Anyone promising you extra inches is not telling you the truth.
2. The estimate is not a medical assessment
Estimates are shown as a range because that is what the research supports. They are not a promise, not a prediction you can rely on, and not a diagnosis. BeTall is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor. If you are worried about your growth or your health, talk to a doctor or an adult you trust.
3. Who can use BeTall
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission to use BeTall and to buy a subscription. Accounts for anyone under 13 are blocked.
4. Your account
Accounts are anonymous — there is no email or password. Your recovery phrase (Settings → Account recovery → Show my recovery phrase) is the only way back into your account on a new device. If you lose it, we cannot recover your account for you, so keep it somewhere safe.
5. Subscriptions
BeTall Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play.
- Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy, in your local currency.
- A free trial, where offered, becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BeTall. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s refund policy.
- If a price changes, you’ll be told before it affects you.
- Deleting your BeTall account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in Google Play too.
6. The AI coach
Andy, the in-app coach, gives general guidance about sleep, food, training and posture. It is an AI and its answers can be wrong — treat them as suggestions, not instructions. It will always refuse to advise on growth hormone or any supplement dosing, steroids or peptides, limb-lengthening surgery, calorie deficits or weight-loss dieting, fasting, or medical diagnosis. Those need a doctor, not an app.
7. Fair use
Don’t try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, and don’t use it to harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Your content
What you log stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run BeTall for you — storing your logs and producing your estimate, scores and summaries. We never sell it or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep BeTall running but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Features may change as the app develops. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app first.
10. Liability
BeTall is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using BeTall and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. See Delete your account.
