How do I cancel my subscription?

In the Google Play app: tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BeTall → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

I bought Premium but it’s still locked

Open Settings (the gear icon on Home) → Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to Google Play with the same account you bought it on. If it’s still locked after that, email us.

I got a new phone. How do I get my account back?

Use your recovery phrase — you can see it on your old phone at Settings → Account recovery → Show my recovery phrase. If you’ve lost it, we genuinely cannot recover the account: there’s no email on file to reset against, because we never ask for one.

Why is my estimate a range?

Because a single number would be a lie. Growth varies from person to person, and an honest estimate comes with error bars. The accuracy score is never 100% for the same reason.

Why did my estimate change?

It updates when you add a new measurement or fill in missing details, like a parent’s height. More information narrows the range — a tighter range means a better estimate, not a worse one.

Can BeTall make me taller?

No app can lengthen bone. What BeTall can do is help you avoid falling short of the height you were built for — enough sleep and food matter most while you’re still growing — and posture work changes how tall you stand.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Delete account. It’s immediate and permanent. More detail on the account deletion page.
