Delete your BeTall account

Applies to BeTall on Android (app.betall.mobile)

From the app — instant

1. Open BeTall and tap the gear icon on Home to open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email — if you no longer have the app

Email support@tryonloop.com with the subject “Delete my BeTall account”. Because accounts are anonymous, include your recovery phrase so we can find the right account — without it we have no way to tell which account is yours. We’ll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Everything we hold about you, permanently:

• Your profile answers, body measurements and puberty-stage answers
• Your height estimates and measurement history
• Sleep, meal and training logs, scores, streaks, levels and badges
• Your conversations with the coach
• Push-notification tokens and settings
• Any stored meal photo (these are normally deleted straight after analysis anyway)

A deleted account cannot be restored. The only thing that remains is the anonymous sign-in ID in our sign-in provider’s records — a random string with nothing attached to it that cannot be linked back to you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Billing is handled by Google Play, so cancel there as well: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BeTall → Cancel. Google and RevenueCat keep their own record of the purchase, as required for billing.
